Some leaders are drawn to organizations for culture, even if it means earning less than they could make elsewhere. Others want to know what they can achieve…and are drawn by the potential for impact and success. While as individuals we tend to be relationship or results focused, it is the balance of these strengths that we are seeking to learn as leaders.
