What are your warning signs that over-striving is counterproductive to your well-being?  To push toward goals is an asset that translates to focus, hard work, commitment, results and success.  However, any strength overdone can be a weakness.  Fine tune your inner radar.  Just because more is possible doesn't mean it is desireable.
