Negative emotions like despondency, anxiety, resentment, contempt, envy and so forth are part of life. Be grateful for the ability to feel...it deepens the experience of life and allows you to connect more authentically with others. At the same time, hone a strategy that enables you to embrace your experience fully and then move on, so that each moment is fresh and new versus replaying and reinvesting in what’s already done.
