Irritations can help us understand ways we make ourselves bad/wrong, but that are blind spots. When we don’t yet see the self-judgment, we hurl the attack toward others. This week, take one petty irritation. If this were a clue to how you make YOURSELF bad/wrong, what might the judgment be? When you accept the awareness, you will still see the behavior in others you don’t like, but the emotional upset won’t be there. You can then give feedback more effectively.
