Who do you repeatedly make 'bad or wrong'? What is it that they represent? Using your judgment of them as a kind of mirror, what might this reveal about an aspect of yourself that you also make bad or wrong? Can you appreciate the value of this awareness? As you let go of the judgment, consider productive options to give feedback in ways that lift yourself and others up. Appreciate the important work you’re doing to learn to handle challenges with ever more grace and ease.
