Our experience – what happens, and our thoughts/feelings about what happens – can be generally categorized as “working well” and “could work better.” Regarding situations that can “work better”, an attitude of ‘what can I learn to address this with more grace and ease?’ invokes the kind of curiosity that makes learning easier. This is the essence of a learning culture. It doesn’t mean you have to fix everyone and everything. It means you attend to adjusting your experience so that it ‘works better.’
